The project embodies a harmonious relationship with its environment, introducing a contemporary architectural language that complements and enhances the local landscape without overshadowing it.
The villa is designed on a single floor, emphasizing simplicity and fluidity in its layout. It is organized into two distinct volumes that prioritize functionality and comfort. The social area is characterized by expansive windows that flood the interior with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. These windows also frame uninterrupted views of the surrounding garden and swimming pool, ensuring that the natural beauty outside becomes an integral part of the interior experience.
This area adopts an open-space concept, where the kitchen and living room seamlessly connect to form a spacious and inviting environment, perfect for gathering and entertaining. Just outside, the leisure zone features a swimming pool and a fire-pit, establishing a serene setting for relaxation and socializing in the open air.
The private area of the house is composed of three suites, each offering a sanctuary of comfort and privacy.
