The project for the MO House responds to a typical architectural program without being conventional. This proposal for a residence is conceptualized in an unique way. It is based on a pragmatic parameter and far from social rules or conventions.

Christopher Coe’s extensive experience and modernist training made him the ideal architect for the project. Educated at Yale University, he originally came to Los Angeles in 1987 from the New York office of Richard Meier & Partners as project designer on the Getty Center.
C. R. Cockerell trained in the London architectural practice of his father, Samuel Pepys Cockerell. Later he worked on the rebuilding of Covent Garden Theatre as assistant to Robert Smirke, followed by an architectural tour of Europe.
