Nalu Resort in Costa Rica, Caribbean Coast Hotel
Architects: Studio Saxe. Nosara has become a destination for visitors from around the world for health, wellness and surfing and so the owners of Hotel Nalu-Nosara, Nomel and Mariya Libid, wanted a design that reflects the attitude of their guests.
Pacaembu Residence in São Paulo
Design: DMDV arquitetos. In order to reduce the execution time, we opted to the use of a metallic structure, a solution that enabled greater spans, delivering the ground floor from structural interferences and allowing the “balances” that constitute protected interconnected spaces with the external gardens.

Architects: Orms. Located by the new Crossrail exit at the crossroads of Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road, New Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road, St Giles Circus has just started onsite and will provide two new live music venues within the Tin Pan Alley revival scheme.
Maple Street School Brooklyn
Design: BFDO Architects & 4|MATIV. Maple Street School, located in the rapidly changing neighborhood of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, in Brooklyn, was looking to expand into a second location and found a fitting site in a new mixed use development.
Photographer’s Loft in New York
Design: Desai Chia Architecture PC. This existing industrial building has a cast iron column structure. Desai Chia created an open flow throughout the home, taking advantage of long axial views through the space and drawing light through.
LUX – Stahlhof Belval-Ouest Landscape
Surrounded by disused blast furnaces and high-rise buildings the new Steelyard square forms the center of Belval Ouest. Seating areas and trees are grouped into islands in these former steel mill grounds.
Mamre Anglican School Sydney Educational Facility
Design: Candalepas Associates, architects. Mamre Anglican School is a low fee paying private school in a lower socio-economic area of western sydney. At the beginning of the design process the school was growing in numbers and provided education up to year 10.
