Located approximately 2km from the Kremlin in one of Moscow’s oldest and most characterful districts, Polyanka Residential Complex creates an ensemble of eight new and historic buildings in a 32,000 sqm development, offering 215 luxurious apartments.
The façades of the seven-storey villas will feature materials such as limestone and elegantly detailed bronze metalwork, and will incorporate a series of luxury retail units. The buildings offer generous views over landscaped gardens, creating a private and peaceful oasis in the centre of the city.
