The Arena, which is expected to be finished by the end of 2023, has been designed by the global architecture design firm Populous, which also designed Lyon’s 59,186-capacity Groupama Stadium and Training Centre, completed in 2016. The 16,000-capacity arena will be the largest in France outside Paris, and one the most technologically and environmentally advanced in Europe.

The Emergence Lafayette program is an operation driven by the Ogic as part of the regeneration and development project of the Part-Dieu district in Lyon by the AUC. This operation includes 138 housing units, 8,600 m² of offices, a young workers residence, a diocesan worship center, coworking spaces and shops. The project was carried out by SUD Architectes, ITAR Architectures and Wilmotte & Associés.

The Lacassagne telephone exchange is an emblematic building in the Part-Dieu district of Lyon. Built in 1972 by André Gutton, architect of public buildings and national monuments since the 1930s, it is part of the Orange group’s technical heritage. The operation to unite the regional staff of central–eastern France plans for the accommodation of 2,000 people on this unifying site.

A stone pebble cut like a diamond, a mineral forecourt that reaches out to draw in passers-by, a glass facade like an ever-changing skyscape, gilded like copper, words from the old French dictionary engraved into the glass panels, illuminated by curtains of woven metal.

The bridge will link the 6th arrondissement in Lyon to the Park of Saint‐Clair at Caluire‐et‐Cuire. The 220 m long and 800 tons steel structure will be assembled on the bank of the Rhone and will be put in place.
