Located on the east side of the street, key element is façade, external
This office development (with retail at street level) was built for Scottish Widows: a RIBA Awards 2012 Winner.
This project is considerably more complex than simply inserting two office buildings into a rich and varied urban context and involves the reworking of the retained fabric as well as new work of exceptional quality.

Marcus Extraordinary Watches, Bond Street
1997
Design: Eva Jiricna Architects
– “The most important collection of watches in the World”
– collections of vintage and antique timepieces
– store belongs to Marcus Margulies whose family company, Time Products, dates back to the early 1960’s when his father Alexander moved to England from Poland and established a business distributing inexpensive watches imported from the Soviet Union.
This company was named Sekonda and is now the UK’s best-selling watch brand.
