The Architectural Review is seeking exceptional workplace buildings completed in the last 5 years – from large scale offices and factories to live/work projects and small scale refurbishments across the globe.

• The AR will create a mini film for the winner to be hosted on the AR’s various digital channels and available for practice use. View the AR Schools film here.
• The winner will be featured in a full building study in the AR in print and online, reaching an international readership of 60,000.
• The finalists will also be highlighted by the AR with special coverage online. See the AR House coverage here.
• Have your work validated by the AR and our esteemed judges including Manuelle Gautrand, Sanjay Puri and John McAslan.

11th Annual MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards Winners
Skidmore Owings and Merrill’s ‘Breathing Tower’, a landmark 75 story building in Wujiang, China, has been awarded both the coveted Overall Winner prize and the Tall Buildings category accolade, in the eleventh annual MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards competition.
