Multifunctional Theater in Mont-Laurier design by Les architectes FABG. Located in the Laurentian Mountains, 250 kilometers northwest of Montreal, Mont-Laurier is a small town where the forest industry still plays a centralrole despite a declining demand for lumber.
For architects and those interested in spectacular contemporary architecture one of the highlights of the latest Bond film Spectre was the glassy mountain-top building used as a location for a high-class medical retreat, an Alpine wellness centre.
Design: Sicart & Smith Architects. Lying on a quiet part of beautiful Laem Noi Beach along Koh Samui’s northern shore, Villa Malouna boasts 45m of pristine beach frontage, with views across to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan.

The Island´s position between dramatic mountains and the Barents Sea is in itself the inspiration for celebrated Polar Explorer Børge Ousland´s newest adventure; an adventure and exploration resort.
Design: Terry & Terry Architecture. Comprised of two floating volumes, the addition formally designates the bedroom to the west and the main (common) space to the east. The two wings gradually diverge from the original structure to generate a glass-clad fissure in between.
Design: gmp: on Saturday, 24 October 2015, the foundation stone laying ceremony for „German House“ took place in Ho Chi Minh City. The building will be constructed in accordance with plans by architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners.
Design: Studio VARA. A research scientist with an eye for detail approached Studio VARA with a modest vision and a couple of basic practical needs: First, transform a 1908 Noe Valley cottage– with a history of subpar alterations – into a cohesive modern dwelling.
