Two months after the presentation in Genoa, there is great interest in Blueprint Competition, an international ideas competition for the redevelopment of areas of the former Trade Fair site owned by the City of Genoa and SPIM – the company for valorizing the City’s real estate holdings.
Design: The Purple Ink Studio, architects. A ‘Retreat within Retreat’ in Bengaluru. The 20,000 sqft spa building is built in a 26 acre property. It offers spectacular layers of spaces and experiences.
Design: TOMA! This pavilion is an experimental architecture, designed for the tenth edition of the FAV at La Grande-Motte. The habitable sculpture becomes a flat sign, a virtual porthole on the seafront.

Exuberant and colourful landmark in the heart of Wujin: the Lotus Building and People’s Park is designed to act as a cultural anchor and civic landmark.

This 350-m long megastructure completes the He Ping Lu pedestrian boulevard. The building is the focus of the emerging commercial district, “a modern version of a traditional bustling merchant setting”.
Design by AGi architects. This building stands as a pioneer in the healthcare sector, where challenging issues such as privacy and security are addressed using a new model, where courtyards attached to the façade are the driving element behind this unique typology.
Design: Studio C102, architects. Fit-out of the first 8,000sqft 1Rebel, a new luxury boutique brand of gyms located in St Mary’s Axe, London. Originally conceived as an office, the building has been stripped down and reconfigured into a contemporary, industrial space which is balanced in luxury and theatrical glamour.

Global Founders unveiled for a new online platform developed by sustainability charity Bioregional that will make going green easier. It will provide free tools for the sustainable design of buildings.
Design: MVSA Architects. Based on a Design & Construct contract, 11.000 sqm of new office space and renovate 13.500 sqm. MVSA is part of the consortium and is responsible for the exterior and interior.
