ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the Milan-based architecture and interior design practice, and Lien Jade Real Estate have announced the launch of three prestigious projects in Taichung, Taiwan. The developments include the residential towers Lian Palace and Fang Wei Palace, as well as the Jung Heng Palace office tower.

Aedas Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen and Executive Director Yijun Qian led the team to create a waterfall-like office tower in a prime location near Taipei Arena. With rich Taiwanese office characteristics, it is designed to be a contemporary building with a focus of urban texture, architecture and people.

KCI Group Headquarters in Zuoying District
The KCI headquarters is located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It was constructed adjacent to a 30-meter road providing office, conference, and warehousing space. Facing the road, a suspended moulded wall was installed to reduce the impact of the hustle and bustle outside.

Situated in the middle of the island of Taiwan, the National Library of Public Information occupies a site that is both geographically and metaphorically the confluence of information exploration and urban evolution. The striking form of the building features a “horizontal flow” theme recalling the early irrigation canals in the city’s settlement since the 18th century, as well as symbolizing the fluid data interface in the internet age.
