A programme to install green roofs in the City of London has wins at prestigious planning awards. Over 60 green roofs have been created in the Square Mile as part of a City of London programme to help address flood risk, mitigate climate change, improve biodiversity and provide new green spaces for people to enjoy.

Design: PCA-STREAM. The Link concept wants to rethink the office tower, (too) long synonymous with verticality and isolation: “schematically a stack of trays of 1800m2 on average, on which the employees are isolated in small groups of 150 people per floor. The access to natural light is uneven, non-existent outdoor spaces and common spaces where work together very rare.”
