As a commodity of the Benedictine abbey Saint Bonifaz in Munich, the monastery ensures the financial basis of the abbey’s pastoral, social and cultural work – according to the credo “ora et labora – pray and work.”
Design: 4N Design Architects. Bold conversion of post-war colonial era of British Hong Kong building, along a busy street in Central, with a new aluminum façade.
The scheme design by Conran and Partners, located on the south-west edge of the city alongside the Tama River, comprises a total of 400,000 sqm of retail, office, leisure and residential building, as well as a new city park.

Cadde opens in Mecidiyeköy, Istanbul, bringing more than 25 carefully chosen fashion and lifestyle retailers and of course restaurants on Trump Towers’ roof terrace and turns it in to much more than what you might expect from any other mall.

The city of Jacou’s wedding hall and municipal room project needed to be rethought at the crossroads of several axes and scales. The aim was to change the use of an existing building located in the town center.
Design: Rafael Viñoly, architect with OLIN Landscape Architects. Proposal to convert an ageing shopping centre in California’s Silicon Valley into a vast development featuring the world’s largest roof garden. The building would be located on a 50-acre (20 hectare) site, with a 30-acre community park and nature preserve.
Design: Tabanlioglu Architects. The site is located at the Asian side of Istanbul, between two parallel roads, one being the highway to Istanbul’s second international airport Sabiha Gökçen.
