Located on a plateau in the heart of the Laurentian forest, the house benefits from natural light despite its north-facing aspect and its inverse orientation to the lake, design by Thellend Fortin Architectes
A corrugated metal rain screen wraps the project as camouflage and protection. Revealed from behind it, a redwood screen suggests at the residence inside. The interior is cut by a diagonal line that allows the yard to become a part of the interior when considered as a square.
