Design: Hopkins Architects. Plans submitted for 28 flats atop the five-star Park Lane Hilton tower. The project aims to limit the visual impact of the 28-storey tower. A four-storey block of 29 serviced flats will also be added behind the building.

Design: FAT – Future Architecture Thinking. The Sobreiras – Alentejo Country Hotel is located on a property of about 25 ha in the Serra de Grândola, 200 m above sea level, punctuated by cork oak trees holm oaks, olive trees and varied endogenous vegetation.
The London Borough of Hackney has granted planning consent for Shoreditch Highgate Hotel, located at 201-207 Shoreditch High Street, East London. The project is being developed by owner Highgate Holdings and designed by Gensler.
