Architects: Chain 10 Urban Space Design. The design high-lights both a pleasant interior environment and a natural outdoor environment. The building also aim to provide residents’ with a comfortable place where they can enjoy socializing with their neighbors and friends.
This Danish visitor centre design by architects CEBRA will be an architectural gateway that gathers and communicates a vast range of visitor experiences. It will form a natural starting point for hikes in the area.

Design: schmidt hammer lassen architects: The 1,500 sqm library building provides the Highlands’ community with a distinctive landmark which underlines that this new creative centre for learning is open and accessible
Architect: Kashef Chowdhury / URBANA. A community centre which makes a virtue of an area susceptible to flooding in rural Bangladesh. Offices, a library, meeting rooms, and prayer and tea rooms are included in pavilion-like buildings surrounded by courts and pools.
Architect: ZAO / standardarchitecture / Zhang Ke. A small-scale architecture project that enriches bonds amongst communities and revives Hutong life. The courtyard is about 300-400 years old and once housed a temple building.
Design: Rogers Partners Architects + Urban Designers. The new, contemporary facility will be Madison’s flagship and provide access to much-needed resources from recreation and social interaction to academic support and technology in a safe environment.
Design: DP Architects. Goodlife! Makan, a recreational cooking, dining and activity centre for stay-alone seniors at the converted void deck of 52 Marine Terrace in Singapore.
Design: Bruner/Cott Architects and Planners – Bolton Commons serves as a campus hub, with 1,100 seats plus a convertible, 200-seat private event space. Over a dozen serveries and food prep stations are sited on two floors
Design: Lehrer Architects – The greenest act of all: Take dank, old throwaway building set in a precious sensitive riparian, environment- apply a tiny budget, save it, let nature-air, view, space, and light-in and make it the campus center.
Design: Hudson Architects.Roots and Shoots provides vocational training in horticulture, floristry and retail, together with functional and life skills, to disadvantaged young people with additional needs. The new building will increase the charity’s capacity for helping young people.
Purcell beat Carmody Groarke, dRMM, Eric Parry Architects and Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios in this architecture competition: they “demonstrated the deepest understanding of the site and context” with a “crisp, integrated and compelling” design.
Design: The Evolved Architectural Eclectic Limited. The architecture develops a triangular-shaped site containing two civic buildings – built in 1964 and 1970. A central open atrium provides indirect sun light and natural ventilation which saves energy costs.
