ANTONI ASSOCIATES’, the Interior Design and Décor division of the iconic architectural firm SAOTA, latest project combines elegance, luxury and sophistication in a beach front property located along one of the pristine white beaches of Cape Town.
This residence in a leafy Johannesburg suburb was designed by Nico van der Meulen, founder of Nico van der Meulen Architects in 1986, on a 2000sq.m sub-division and completed in 1987 for his family.
A young family re-locating to the Western Cape was looking to change from city living to a more relaxed country lifestyle, moving to exclusive Pearl Valley Golf Estate near Paarl, 30 minutes away from Cape Town.
The site is positioned in the heart of Bantry Bay in Cape Town, on the slopes of Lion’s Head overlooking the bay.
Mapungubwe Interpretation Centre Limpopo: This building has been shortlisted for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 2013.
The clients, a young couple, wanted a dynamic and striking home, primarily for themselves, with guest accommodation separated from their own living areas.

After careful consideration, the client approached our company to redesign and style their outdated home in Limpopo.
This home was designed for a family with 2 young sons who wanted a house which simultaneously created spaces for casual intimate family occasions or large get-togethers.
The site is perched over dramatic boulders and the Atlantic Ocean and experiences sweeping views of the Clifton beaches as well as the Twelve Apostles mountain range.
The clients requested a 6-bedroomed family home with understated elegance and quiet grandeur, indoor / outdoor living spaces and uninterrupted views, with a ”lived-in beach-house” feel.
VIVID Architects prepared the initial concept design for this home, a contemporary reboot of the more classical architectural styles.
