Mexican Architecture Competition, Chichen Itzá

To mark the election of the Maya city of Chichen Itzá as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World ARQUITECTUM, a company which organizes architecture competitions, is pleased to welcome the world’s architects to the 5th Landscape Architecture Competition “CHICHEN ITZA 2008”.

Mexico City Bar, Nisha Bar-Lounge

The project comes up from the intention of creating an entertainment space for adults of 30 years old and over. The place houses a lounge and a restaurant-bar area connected by a lobby.

Mourning House Mexico City Building

A project of this nature must encourage introspection and peaceful visual harmony through a discrete use of materials and lighting. The construction is located in a residential area and being planned as an isolated construction from the surroundings, an indoor illuminated yard was built.

Pedregal Shopping Center – Mexico City Mall

This Mexican retail project comes to set a new architectural statement in the Pedregal area of Mexico City which has been neglected, because nothing new and important had happened since its beginings when “Cuidad Universitaria” was built.

This house is located in a residential area of Oaxtepec, a place of exceptional natural beauty. It is contiguous to the north with the hill of Tepozteco and to the south with a highway that conduces to Haciendas de Yautepec.
