Crucible Theatre Sheffield Snooker Venue
The Crucible Theatre opened in 1971, replacing the Playhouse Repertory theatre in Townhead Street. World Snooker Championships venue, building Grade II listed in 2007. It was built by M J Gleeson.
Winter Gardens Sheffield Building: Glasshouses
The Winter Gardens building is located at the east end of the city centre, just east of the Town Hall. It is one of the largest temperate glasshouses to be built in the UK during the last hundred years. The structure is also the largest urban glasshouse in Europe. The building contains over 2,000 plants from around the world.

The Carriageworks Leeds – Electric Press
This theatre complex was built for local and regional theatrical artistes and companies. There are two theatres and six rehearsal rooms incorporated into the first and second floors of the former 1848 Stansfield Chambers and Electric Press building on Millennium Square, Leeds.
