The Center is located in centre of Hong Kong business district, rather tacky reflective glass tower based on square plan with smaller 45 degree rotated square within and expressed.
Curious building shaped like a Wok on two legs, designed to look good on the skyline this is an early ‘icon building’. I felt that the place was a bit tacky and that the circulation was tight and confusing – and simply took in the magnificent view.

The octagonal buildings, clad with a dark blue refractive glass curtain wall, were designed by American architect Paul Rudolph who was working at the time as a design consultant for Wong & Ouyang. The buildings’ main construction contractor was Hip Hing Construction.
