Design: Adam Khan Architects
This building reinvents the familiar yet despised typology of indoor play centre, bringing sensory and haptic delight, user comfort, and a deep sustainability based on adaptability and environmental performance.
Architect: Niall Mclaughlin Architects. The primitive hut has a long anthropological pedigree as well as an architectural one. This is a sophisticated primitive hut, worthy of Murcutt or Leplastrier but set not on the edge of the Bush but on a Hampshire lake.
Design: OB Architecture. Renovation of a 1930s house in Winchester by Winchester architects: adding a dramatic glazed living, kitchen and dining space. Together with its extensive rear garden it has been transformed into a modern family home.
Architect: AR Design Studio. Four-bedroom home in Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, fastidiously engineered to sit seamlessly within its stunning surroundings.

This master plan includes a newly created site which unlocks a previously isolated piece of land. It prioritises pedestrians and cyclists with a new walkway, the Brunel Mile, and a new public square set to reinvigorate the area.

Design: Coppin Dockray Architects. Ansty Plum is a 20th century house, restored for modern living without damaging the spirit or the fabric of the original house. What has been taken away, and what has not been added is as important as what has been rescued or retained.
Architects: Sheppard Robson. 84 houses and 11 apartments has been completed as part of the second phase of the exemplar housing project, with another 144 dwellings by the architects expected to be completed within the next year.
