The site plot is in the industrial area of Skofja Loka, Slovenia. Client bought the site in industrial zone together with constructional permit plans. The building dimensions are 35 x 22.5m and 11,50m in height.

The challenge was to turn a rundown, one-bedroom flat with a workshop in the heart of Notting Hill Gate into a smart, functional home designed by architect Luke Tozer.

Tokyo Kindergarten building, Japan: the site has a nice view in north-south direction though it is in a high dense area in Tokyo. To keep its open atmosphere, I decided to set structural walls in one direction (north-south).
