At that time, most of the small eighteenth-century, one-room-deep cottages were replaced with full plot developments of larger scale warehouse and workshop buildings that served the neighbourhood’s burgeoning industrial economy
Context is the starting point of the Ningbo News and Media building design. As a reflection to the surroundings, the project appears a double-face character.

Yali Birdwatcher Hotel will be located in Chile, in el Yali Wetland, one of the most important wetlands in South America and the biggest mediterranean wetland in the region. It is a hotel for birdwatchers and will have 12 rooms on top, each one with independent access.
Office Building in Chile. The main idea of this white steel box is found in the internal hall. This interior is the soul of the Vanguardia Offices building. The cubic volume opens towards the corner by means of a great six storey high crack.
