Following an international design competition, a contract signing ceremony was held in Jeddah today to celebrate the appointment of Foster + Partners Team to develop the architectural vision for Jeddah’s city-wide public transport plan.
The Jury, formed by leaders of the architecture and design fields selected 3 winners and 15 honorable mentions. eVolo Magazine received 480 projects from all continents. The winners were selected for their creativity, ingenuity, and understanding of dynamic and adaptive vertical communities.
Living Architecture has asked a series of established and emerging world-class architects to build houses around the UK. The houses will be available to rent for holidays by the general public.

The Mororó House in São Paulo, designed by Studio MK27, is in a mountainous region, 180 km from the city of São Paulo, known for its low temperatures.
