Design: Architectural Studio Chado. Modern homes have long ceased to fit into the idea of four walls, or a box. Now the environment is free to come into the house, and the house seamlessly expands its boundaries, capturing the surrounding area.
Design: Studio Libeskind, Architects. Surrounded by a new public piazza located steps away from the historic medieval city, the 3,100 sqm museum stands as an expression of Vilnius past and present.
Poised on the ridges and rolling fields where the Beartooth Mountains touch Montana’s big sky, the new Tippet Rise Art Center will open to the public in summer 2016, offering local residents and international visitors a uniquely resonant experience of great classical music, nestled among sculptures and buildings that hug the land like natural formations.

Design: Nicolas Loi. The house is located in Lo Curro, a residential area of Santiago, Chile. The area has some hills and forest, with a great view of the city of Santiago. The design strategy is based on a 7 x 25 meter rectangle, located over an existing parking space.

Design: Standard Studio. Ons Dorp is a school building that got converted into different apartments. This particular one was designed for a family of five. The teacher’s lounge got remodeled into the bedrooms and the classroom into the living space
Roughly a dozen years after Daniel Libeskind’s extension to the Jewish Museum Berlin opened to great acclaim in 2001, the museum is set to unveil its latest collaboration with the architect, the Academy of the Jewish Museum Berlin.

Design: Diego Wisnivesky, ArchLab360. Located in the middle of a clean and quiet manufacturing industry complex, the building was designed for the company’s headquarters, to house the development and manufacturing of digital technology based products.
The AJ declare this as their house of the year. The building is a very rare example of the construction of a contemporary property within the World Heritage Site of the New Town of Edinburgh
Design: Arup Associates, Architects. BSkyB Believe in Better Building (BiBB) won the ‘Judges Special Award’ for this outstanding building as recognition of its reflection on Sky’s sustainable aspirations.
