The Middle Easts Second tallest, Marina 101
NEB is the design and construction supervision of the Marina 101 project, the second tallest skyscraper in the Middle East. The project is currently under construction with more than 60 percent of the structural works completed.
Marina 101 will be a masterpiece of simplicity in design with post war Art Deco style architecture. Flared projections acting as light dishes will break the monotony of the super tall tower. The external façade will consist of granite base, two tone aluminum cladding to the tower and double glazing with high u-vales to reduce heat gain.
At night the subtly lit 45 m high Crown will be clearly visible from Dubai airport. It will consist of sky blue aluminum cladding converging to a dramatic four point pinnacle. Destined to become one of the worlds tallest hotel and furnished apartment buildings, Marina 101 is designed to meet sky-high expectations of the elite clientele.
Strategically located in the prestigious Dubai Marina, the project will offer 252 one bedroom apartments, 204 two bedroom apartments, 42 three bedroom apartments and 8 super luxury duplex penthouses at the top.

In May 2011, NEB successfully obtained the completion certificate of the “Torch Tower”, the world’s tallest purely residential skyscraper. NEB has been the Site Supervision consultant from inception to completion.
