Designed by Aedas, Temple Circus, Bristol’s latest office development for Circus Developments has recently received planning consent. Comprised of two buildings, the new £25M scheme will include over 120,000 square feet of office space and will include the Grade II listed George and Railway hotel which will be restored as part of the development.

Situated within Bristol’s historic district just opposite the Temple Meads Station, the development was the subject of lengthy and detailed consultation with numerous local community and historic interest groups who, together with Bristol City Planners, support the new scheme.

Considerate of the Bristol masterplan aspirations of the surrounding quarters, the project will harmonise with the existing structures and offer a modern and contemporary design solution within the historically sensitive area.

The new development ends ten years of uncertainty relating to Bristol’s key gateway site which has been regarded as an eyesore for many years.
