Design: Kohn Pederson Fox – KPF, Architects. This 38-storey tower is nicknamed due to its sharply faceted design. The 190m / 620ft high building will be the European headquarters for US insurance company WR Berkley.
Design: Foggo Associates Architects. Nicknamed The Can of Ham building this tower is being developed by TIAA Henderson Real Estate, and built by Mace. The small curvy skyscraper is to contain over 277,000 sqft of offices across 24 floors.
Design: SAOTA. A flexible contemporary family residence in a spectacular but challenging location: the “site was spectacular requiring a design that could respond to a challenging slopped corner site and its aspects”.
Design: Halliday Fraser Munro Architects. Approval has been given for a 13-storey new accommodation facility at former Triple Kirks site in the heart of Aberdeen.

Shelley Point is a small spur of land jutting into the Atlantic, on the northern tip of West Coast Peninsula.
Design: Lateral Office. Montrealers and visitors are invited, from December 10 to January 31, to explore Impulse, a winter installation comprising 30 giant seesaws that will transform the Place des Festivals into a vast illuminated playground, accompanied by a set of all-new video projections.
Architect: Studio Arthur Casas. The owner of this luxury house at São Conrado Beach had a very clear goal: enjoy the astounding views of Rio’s mountains and sea. The businessman was a bachelor that wished to leave his existing apartment.
Design: Lemay. Located between Thimens Boulevard and the Marcel-Laurin Park, it covers a surface area of 5,000 m² and is integrated into the site by drawing on its major elements. This isn’t a project about architecture alone: it’s also about landscape.

A large scale mixed-use development containing the shopping mall, The ONE, a hotel operated under The St Regis brand, and the Evergrande Huazhi Office Tower.
Design: BLOK Architecture. A £200m regeneration scheme by North Point Global for Liverpool’s Chinatown area has been approved by city council planning. The building include new homes, businesses, leisure facilities, a hotel and a Chinese ‘retail core’.
Design: Heatherwick Studio. A new 300,000 sqm mixed-use development surrounded by concrete towers, conceived as a piece of topography in the form of two tree-covered mountains, populated by around one thousand structural columns.
