Design: Paul Sangha Landscape Architecture. The abstracted shape of the corten, in conjunction with strategic boulder placement along the foreshore played an integral role in dissipating wave energy and ultimately, facilitating the deposition of sand to enhance foreshore and create habitat for flora and fauna.
Design: Romera y Ruiz Arquitectos. Logical reaction to the surroundings, to the economic context (crisis) and social context (peripheral neighborhood in a ravine); to the climate (over-exposed latitude to UV rays); and to the requirements of the developer.
Design: KANVA, architects. A small vacant lot located at the epicenter of Montreal student life, just north of the McGill University’s Milton gates, was the basis of the building design
Design: Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects. This residence captures the sense of indoor-outdoor living through large cantilevered decks and roof decks. Designed for an active family who loves to cook and entertain, the ability to do so on each level is a driving element.
Design: Tetrarc, architects. A building with lively yellow walls dedicated to young companies developing new digital applications. The building gathers them around a vast swirling atrium, a spatial design favourable to communication and the synergy of projects.
Design: A-cero, architects, The facade is made of limestone and black glass. The design features remarkable volumes in overhanging stone and large glass panels.

The aim of the new multimedia library building, built at the same time as the Maison du Temps Libre, is to provide the town with a new boost to its cultural life.

On the roof of the villa is a rimless infinity pool, blending with the seascape and the sky, giving an illusion inspired by the optical phenomenon of “mirage”.
The building design by Tabanlioglu Architects consists of two main structures, namely, the “air side”, a transparent glass and steel linear scaffold to which the planes connect and the terminal building at the “land side”.
Design: Dr Margot Krasojevic, architect. The building harnesses tidal wave power to generate electricity. The structure is made up of two shells: the outer one anchors the house to the beach whilst the inner shell rises with the tide.
Design: JM Architecture. Custom-designed prefabricated wood structure, built and furnished in only 6 months. Energy-saving high standards have been applied to the shell to guarantee maximum comfort and almost zero costs throughout the four seasons.

Before revolutionary changes in 2001, for several years Kristalia was a company specialising in the production of accessories mainly made in glass. Hence its name, which comes from the fusion of two key words: “cristallo” and “Italia”.
Design: aatvos, architects. The design embraces the classical typology and develops new living demands. Due to local regulations, the house is designed within the footprint and spatial template of the original barn that once stood at the site.
Design: Turnbull Griffin Haesloop Architects. An original 160-acre homestead located in the Chileno Valley. The ranch had been fallow for over 30 years and the owners wanted to build a barn house that would reflect their commitment to sustainable farming.
