The brief was to build a house on a hilltop outside of the city of Toledo. The hill faces southwest and offers interesting views of the distant horizon, reaching the Gredos Mountains to the northeast.

In 1967, a small hotel, Hotel Castell dels Hams, was established on the island of Majorca amid the Mediterranean vegetation.
The plot on which the building sits has a long and narrow proportion. The building, therefore, is a narrow and tall building.

The St. Augustin Sports Center houses a 25-meter indoor swimming pool, a sports court and a football pitch with the corresponding locker rooms and the associated services.
The building is L-shaped plant, generating façade planes to Church Square and the street Sant Joan de la Creu and a wooded back yard.
