Civic Trust Awards Scotland: Scottish building prize

The awards scheme is widely recognised as the largest and most comprehensive of its kind in Europe. Glasgow City Council and other local authorities from around the UK work in partnership with the Trust to organise the project entries from their own areas.

The Scotsman reveals that on the day (5th January) all large public buildings in Scotland were supposed to display Energy Performance Certificates under EU laws many public buildings failed to get a certificate, and of those that have many are poor.
