A structure worth noting is Shedia Home Restaurant in Athens by Potiropoulos + Partners. Rather than being concerned with achieving a certain aesthetic, the creative process behind the new space instead focused on its ability to serve as a fascinating socio-cultural catalyst.
Two Summer Houses in Andros, northern Greek Cyclades archipelago
by Praxitelis Kondylis Architects. Nestled among wild mountains, valleys and waterfalls, this complex consists of two detached houses covering around 600sqm in land of 9,200sqm.
Finally, take a look at the Τhe Wave, Glifada, south Athens, by Potiropoulos+Partners, next to the Glyfada Golf Club from the east. The design process envisioned two interconnected volumes within one continuous structure parallel to the property’s longer side, in direct conversation with the natural characteristics of place and the view.

Design: hhh architects. Three houses built on a wooded hillside overlooking the west coast of Skiathos. The natural environment defined the architectural layout: 6 volumes following the slope in a linear formation, parallel to the sea view.
Design: hhh architects. The houses are located on an olive grove in Mani with a view to the Messinian bay. This complex consists of six stone blocks placed in between the existing olive trees.

The concept for this design is to access and exit the Museum of Delos with three long concrete slabs bridging over a reservoir collecting rain-water during the winter season and drainage in the ground.

The Kapetas Villa is set in the scenic valley of modern day Sparta, Greece. The primary focus of the project was to capture the stunning views of the valley and mountains while capitalizing on passive solar and passive cooling strategies and to create a warm and comfortable home for a young Greek family.
Situated in Peania, East Attica, the illy Greece site area, totalling 12,000 square meters, occupies a privileged spot in a strategic industrial area and is also highly visible from the main highway which shuttles traffic from the Center of Athens to the East part of Attica, where the International Airport is located.
The Artist’s warehouse is a monolithic Modern structure. Its orthogonal plan is divided into 3 zones: Firstly, the cantilever with the balcony in the South, where the entrance is situated, secondly, the artist’s workspace and finally the attic in the North which serves as a storage space
Our brief was to create a summer escape for family and friends with the emphasis on laid-back, social living. Our aim for the project was to merge internal and external space, maximising the benefits of both and minimising the impact on the surrounding landscape.
The residence’s view is a slope: a naked attic slope. The site is significantly inclined and is accessed only through its narrow upper side
An austere concrete house in the northern suburbs of Athens, the Greek capital. The concept is that of a canopy, the ground floor facades are glazed, and can open to merge interior space with the garden on warm days.

The purpose of this study was to design two summer homes with guest houses, overlooking the sea and neighboring island of Antiparos.
This 155 m2 two-story residence, located in the north-eastern Athenian suburbia, will house the needs of a 4-member family. The living room, with the large corner patio door, and the kitchen are located on the ground floor for easy access to the garden.
