The Holcim Foundation, one of the premier foundations for sustainable building design and construction has honoured Atkins at an awards ceremony in Marrakech on 13th November.
Atkins’ scope of services for this 51-storey residential tower included conceptual design, detailed architectural, structural, landscaping and electromechanical design, as well as full site supervision. At 251m, this tower is located on the well known Sheikh Zayed Road.
The development comprises a ground floor, 19 floors of office space, a leisure deck and a basement car park. The podium is designed to house retail outlets along with restaurants, cafes, health & leisure facilities and parking for additional cars.
