SHoP will partner with Hamilton Anderson Associates to create an innovative concept for a signature development on Woodward Avenue in the heart of Detroit’s Central Business District.

Roominaroom – a highly sculptural refurbishment of a Limehouse (London) flat – all done with a CNC-carved kit of timber parts. It has recently won a UK Wood Award in the Small Project category. The judges praised its “beautiful curves and delicate stairs” and called it a remarkable, ingenious jewel.

Indeed, this is an excellent, creative piece of work, using the warmth and suppleness of wood to make a delightful interior.
