In the course of the revitalisation of the former Werzer cinema in Pörtschach, which was designed by the well-known “Wörthersee-Architect” Franz Baumgartner in 1930, parts of the roof truss were raised to make room for a spacious penthouse.

This cultural centre building design by Bennetts Associates Architects provides two theatres, a cinema and a public library in the historic centre of the city. It incorporates the listed shell of a former Odeon cinema and a new brick and translucent glass extension.

Over 10 years ago, a couple, both doctors, moved from São Paulo State to Londrina. The Gaudi building caught the attention of the family because of its large balcony and period construction with a unique style.
Design: Normless_architecture studio & workplace. A new Cups Nine shop opens, this time as a Cafe & Patisserie. The building is located in the heart of the school district, opposite of one of the most popular city squares.
