Design: Zaha Hadid Architects. Award for Jockey Club Innovation Tower, a radical new building dedicated to the Hong Kong Polytechnic’s School of Design and its expansion. The JCIT building cexpresses the dynamism of an institution looking to the future.
Architects ACME were appointed to design a new town square, a sculptural entrance to the mall (the Shard), a library and civic centre, the David Jones department store, and a Multi-story carpark.

Architect: Klára Valová / SMLXL studio. Upon our first visit of the apartment, we faced an unpleasant surprise – the windows. The industrial design was replaced with plastic windows, although the developer had committed to keeping the original design.
