The Kapetas Villa is set in the scenic valley of modern day Sparta, Greece. The primary focus of the project was to capture the stunning views of the valley and mountains while capitalizing on passive solar and passive cooling strategies and to create a warm and comfortable home for a young Greek family.

Design: Mather & Co. The new International Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland has opened. The museum has three floors of permanent exhibition galleries. Mather & Co developed the narrative and themes and 3D designs of all the museum spaces. The building is the largest centre dedicated to telling the story of the Olympic Movement.

Park Russia is an ambitious tourism and cultural project on over 1,000 hectares and 30 km south of Moscow near Domodedovo airport.

The architectural quality of the original buildings often left much to be desired, and many of the old buildings have been replaced. Design: Nobuo Araki. A ‘House with Self-Standing Wall’: situated in a calm residential area of Setagaya, Tokyo, the rectangular house faces southward, with a garden at the rear. Several meters in front of the house, a concrete wall has been constructed to provide sufficient privacy to the glass-façade house, while retaining a sense of openness.

Architects: Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF). King’s Court and Carriage Hall scheme for Capital & Counties Properties PLC (Capco) has achieved planning consent from Westminster City Council. The proposed development, in the heart of the Covent Garden district, includes a new pedestrian passageway connecting Long Acre and King Street, a new public courtyard, and new retail, restaurant and residential space.
