“After just a few weeks listed on e-architect we were contacted by a new client for a residential refurbishment. The project suits us perfectly and I was amazed how the website created a new project so soon for us.

I’m delighted that we signed up with e-architect, which we should have done sooner.”

The Barns Family Home
Set within a medieval village in the British countryside, the house was once owned by Victorian farmer designed to overlook the farm and complex of barns. No longer a working farm, the house remained a family home however the associated barns have since fallen into a state of disrepair, leaving one of the barns to be considered a Building at Risk (BAR).

Cottage Property in Berkshire
Positioned on a floodplain, Heather Cottage has piled foundations and is raised up on concrete stilts 1.85m above the ground, supported by a steel frame. The sloping nature of the green roof which gradually increases in height helps to reduce surface water run-off whilst minimising the visual impact of the house within the site.
