New Horsham House

The Coach House has just been filmed for a new BBC property show focusing on converted buildings.

This 45 square meter Coach House near Horsham, West Sussex, was converted into a studio house by inserting a multi-functional pod which is part structure, furniture, storage, service core and stairs, utilizing in a playful way the 3 dimensional space offered by the original building shell.

These pod functions include a floating bed deck with dining space underneath, a recessed kitchen, the stairs wrapping around a storage tower with access to cupboards and drawers as you ascend/descend, and a bathroom within including utility and sliding mirror door.
