Request for architect re planning to build a 30 bedroom hotel in Ghana, West Africa
Area: 1.97 acre plot of land
Location: by the beach
Stage A – C
Detailed breakdown of the stage requirements:
– Design of a stylish new 3 storey contemporary hotel with approximately 30 bedrooms on a 2Acre Site to an approximate budget of £250,000 to include plans elevations and basic sections to scale (full details to be confirmed with yourself).
– 3D Computer model and visualisation, with exterior and interiors views.
– Basic Garden design of the exterior (within the boundary of the site).
Briefing process & establishing project plans. Includes 3-4 initial meetings to confirm your requirements. Visual Inspection of existing information of site.
Sketch design and feasibility (Outline proposals) concept sheet & concept model indicating ideas behind the proposal.
Floor plans, elevations and basic sections to scale.
3D computer Model of new building providing 5 external views, 5 external night illumination views and 2 interior view of each room in the hotel (60% of the sleeping accommodation will be an identical standard room therefore only one design & two views will be produced for this room).
