Preserving the character Mexico City; specifically its propensity for change, the mosaic nature of its urban character and the traditional barrio, this tower is a frame-work for a new vertical city.

The house is located in Valle de Bravo, Estado de Mexico, Mexico (19°11’33” N 100°07’50” O), weather ranges from 33°C to -2°C. The plot faces Avándaro Lake and the protected forest area of Cerro Gordo, rich in pine and oak trees.

The site is located in the Golf course of Bosque Altozano in Morelia, Mich, Mexico (19°42’10” N 101°11’32” O). It faces to the south and east the mountain valley of Montaña Monarca (rich in a variety of pine and oak trees).

Maralta is located in the marian zone of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo and responds to the topographical incline with five platforms that respect and integrate the curved form of the site in order to position the twenty eight departments.

The Urrea Diseno stand is situated in a 140 m2 area at one of the largest construction expositions in Mexico. At the back of the volume is a closed facade that permits the graphic communication of the brand and the other three facades open towards the surroundings.
