RBS Building Manchester Offices, Spinningfields

Buildings stepped back from Deansgate, with the historic John Rylands Library immeditaely to the north. To the west new office blocks continue as part of the Spinningfields development and further west is the Civil Justice Centre.

Oldham Street Manchester Record Shop

Manchester building photos: Eastern Bloc, famous record shop with links to great DJ’s & musicians such as 808 State, opposite Affleck’s Palace this was a very cool place when I was buying records back in the Madchester days.

John Rylands Library Manchester building design

This is a late-Victorian neo-Gothic building on Deansgate in Manchester city centre. The library, which opened to the public in 1900, was founded by Enriqueta Augustina Rylands in memory of her husband, John Rylands.

Urbis Manchester Conference Centre

Urbis is an exhibition and museum venue in Manchester, England, designed by Ian Simpson and completed in 2002. From 2002 to 2010, the centre hosted changing exhibits on popular-culture themes including urban living, art, music, fashion, photography and videogames alongside talks, gigs and special events.

Triangle Shopping Centre Manchester Shops

Corn Exchange, Manchester is a grade II listed building. The building was originally used as a corn exchange and was previously named the Corn & Produce Exchange, and subsequently The Triangle.

People’s History Museum Manchester building

The People’s History Museum focuses on an internationally important collection which includes the Labour Party archive, along with collections of the Trades Union Congress, Communist party of Great Britain, Suffragists and Suffragettes and the co-operative movement.

Belle Vue Greyhound Stadium, Manchester

Manchester Piccadilly Station building design
