Proposals to further transform the Royal Docks and deliver 24,000 new homes announced by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson MP. Chinese developer ABP has secured planning permission for a large financial and business district at Royal Albert Dock that will generate £6 billion to the London economy.
Architect: Bennetts Associates. New administrative headquarters building granted planning permission. Located on Alie Street in Whitechapel the design replaces an existing 1980s office building and will become the new home for the College.
Design: Coffey Architects. U+I, one the country’s most innovative regeneration developers, has been selected as Camden Council’s partner to redevelop Holborn Library and Cockpit Yard, creating a new destination for Holborn.
