The Green Dunes master plan project located in the Dongcheng District transforms the existing 16.5 ha site into a sustainable high density mixed-used urban park.
Green Dunes Masterplan in Beijing:
A one-of-a-kind multi-level pedestrian link cuts through a typical Beijing block linking two major roads, metro and train stations. Office and SOHO towers, hotels, services apartments, and exclusive luxury residential towers emerge from a dune-like topography where shopping and cultural activities weave into a series of plazas, event spaces and sunken gardens.
