After years of living in an Edwardian house in Toronto’s west end, the homeowner, a museum curator, decided it was time for change. She wanted to remain in her neighbourhood, but she was keen for a smaller home in order to declutter her life and she was excited to engage in the creative process of designing a house.
The planning museum is envisioned to be a new civic sculpture for the city located at the heart of the main the governmental district. The sculptural nature of the building ties to the existing network of sculptural elements and parks placed throughout the city.

A sector-leading UK manufacturing company has appointed Frank Whittle Partnership (FWP) to design a new £2.5 million research and development lab at its Lancashire HQ.
Maggie’s Aberdeen initial design concepts released to coincide with the planning application being submitted to Aberdeen City Council. The council will now spend 8-12 weeks deliberating over the design of the Maggie’s Centre at the Foresterhill site of Aberdeen Royal Infirmary before coming to a decision on granting permission.
